Mega Series Seatrax 4220 offshore pedestal crane (SKU: CRANE-Seatrax-4220) rated at approximately 34.4 & 18 metric tonnes static lift (onboard) capacity with a 30-metre & 36-metre boom and built in 1996. Seatrax is a US-based manufacturer of offshore pedestal cranes used worldwide on fixed platforms, jack-up rigs, and floating production facilities, with model series ranging across 100T to 600T capacity classes.
This 4220 unit is a pedestal-mounted, hydraulically actuated, fully slewing offshore crane designed and operated in line with API Specification 2C for offshore pedestal-mounted cranes. Classed by Handal in the Mega Series fleet category, it is the highest-capacity unit in the rental crane portfolio and is suited to demanding heavy-lift offshore service.
Typical applications include heavy cargo and module handling, drilling and workover equipment transfers, BOP and tree handling, riser and conductor work support, and offshore construction during shutdown and tie-in campaigns.
