These Terms govern purchases from Handal Energy (handal-energy.com). By placing an order you accept them.
Products & Pricing
We supply industrial parts, rigging, lifting and crane equipment. Prices are shown in the store; we make every effort to ensure accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors. Some items are made-to-order or sourced on request.
Orders & Payment
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm and/or dispatch. Payment is taken securely via Stripe or PayPal. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (e.g. pricing error, stock, suspected fraud) and refund any amount paid.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Cancellation & Returns
See our Refund & Returns Policy. Special-order or custom items may be non-returnable.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. Technical specifications are provided for guidance; verify suitability for your application.
