Returns Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for stock items that are unused, in original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Made-to-order, custom-sourced, or special-order parts, and items damaged through misuse, are not returnable unless faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] with your order number and photos. We will arrange replacement or refund.
Process
Email us to request a return authorisation before sending anything back. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (Stripe/PayPal) within 7–14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
