Processing
In-stock orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order or sourced items take longer; we will advise the lead time after your order.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We use established couriers and freight forwarders appropriate to the size and weight of the goods. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted for large/heavy items.
Delivery & Risk
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier, or stock factors. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please inspect goods on receipt and report any transit damage immediately.
International Orders
Import duties, taxes and customs clearance are the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
